Returns
All items that meet our Return Policy guidelines are eligible to be returned within 30 days of purchase:

Return Policy:
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, unused, unhemmed, and unaltered.
- Any defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached and accompanied by a packing slip.
- Cash transactions must be refunded onto a gift card or exchange only.
- PAIGE gift cards are non-refundable. Items purchased with a PAIGE gift card will be refunded to a new gift card.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE and Markdown merchandise is not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustments
- Items purchased during a sitewide sale that are not marked as FINAL SALE are eligible for return. provided that they meet the requirements of our overall return policy.
- Swimwear bottoms and one-pieces must have lining intact and tags on to be returned.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.
- All Bodysuits are FINAL SALE and ineligible for returns.
- Returns for purchases made at any of our Outlet PAIGE retail locations are subject to a 15 day return window and may be returned for store credit only.
- Returns for International purchases are subject to a $20USD Shipping fee.
- Returns are only accepted for merchandise purchased via our website or PAIGE retail locations.
- We offer the ability to exchange eligible products for a different size of the same style and color, one time, provided that new size is available.
- Please note that customers who made eCommerce or US Store purchases may not return their items to our International locations at this time.
- Express shipping fees are non-refundable if items are returned.
- PAIGE is not responsible for non-PAIGE items shipped to our warehouse in error.

How should I ship my international return?

Proceed to the following steps:
- Step 1: Enter the Order Number (Order ID#) and Email Address linked to your online order.
- Step 2: Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return.
- Step 3: Print the return slip and enclose it in the box with your items. Please pack and seal your box securely in the original package if possible. Remove any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials from the box. If you don't have the original box, please use a plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
- Step 4: Securely affix your pre-paid DHL shipping label on the outside of the box. Please note, the cost of this label will be deducted from your total refund.
- Step 5: Take your package to any authorized DHL location and please make sure to keep track of your return tracking number. Once your package is received at our warehouse, please allow 8-10 business days to process your return and issue your refund.
For US returns, we offer free shipping for all returns that meet the requirements of our return policy. The return value is equivalent to the value of the items purchased.
For international returns, we offer charge a flat rate fee of $20USD for all returns that meet the requirements of our return policy. The return value is equivalent to the value of the items purchased.
The quickest way to make a return and receive your refund is to bring your item to any of our Paige Retail Locations. Find your local store here. If you prefer to mail your merchandise to our Vernon, California warehouse, your refund will be processed within 15 business days of your package being received. A credit will then be issued in the original form of payment. If your original form of payment was a credit card, please note that it may take several business days after our team has processed your return for the refund to reflect on your credit card account. This may vary depending on your financial institution. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when your return has been processed.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. In store cash transactions are exchange only or a refund will be issued to a gift card.
Please note the below:
- Shipping fees are non refundable.
- All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for both stores and online.
- Please note that for in store purchases, cash transactions will be refunded onto a gift card or exchange only.
Products purchased at the PAIGE Value Retail boutique can be returned or exchanged upon presentation of the corresponding proof of purchase within 30 days. Products must be returned in their original condition. We do not accept any exchange or return if the product have been worn, damaged, or altered. PAIGE will only make refunds or exchanges that were made at a Value Retail location.
Exchanges
Yes, when going through our return portal, you can select to exchange your item for the "same style" but a different size, "one time" only. Currently, we do not offer exchanges for a different style than the one you would like to return. Exchange items can not be held. Any discounts on the original order will be applied to your even-exchange order.
If you are in need of the new size sooner, we encourage you to initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement merchandise. This is faster than a traditional exchange and it guarantees that the style & size you are looking for doesn’t sell out before the return is processed.
You can also bring your merchandise into any of our PAIGE Retail locations, and our store associates will help you return and purchase another item. If you wish to make an exchange without heading to a store, you can initiate a return online & create a label here: https://paige.loopreturns.com/#/

Gift Cards
Shopping for family or friends? A PAIGE eGift Card is the gift that always fits and never disappoints. This electronic gift card will be sent to your recipient via email along with a personal message from you.
- Gift cards can be used in any PAIGE retail store and online at PAIGE.com
- eGift cards can only be purchased online at PAIGE.com
- Valid online and in stores within the U.S. “Restrictions apply”
- All Gift Card purchases are final sale, non-reloadable (by the customer) and non-refundable
Physical gift cards may be purchased in any PAIGE retail store and online at PAIGE.com. eGift cards can only be purchased online at PAIGE.com.
Please note that physical gift cards purchased from our London store cannot be used online or in US stores. Please also note that eGift cards and physical gift cards purchased online from our US stores cannot be used at our London store.
*Gift cards may not be purchased using another gift card, with a promo code or any other discount.
Gift cards can be used in any PAIGE retail store and online at PAIGE.com. A physical gift card should be treated like cash and must be present to make a purchase. If lost or stolen, we will not be able to redeem the value of the card.
Physical & eGift gift card balances can be checked in store or by reaching out to our PAIGE Customer Service team.
PAIGE gift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable and orders for gift cards may not be canceled.

At PAIGE, we charge sales tax as required by law in applicable states and countries. We comply with current state and local tax laws, continuously updating our policies to adapt to the evolving landscape of online transactions.
Sales Tax Collection: Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address provided at checkout. The applicable state and local tax rates will be applied to your purchase.
State-Specific Laws: Some states require us to collect sales tax on shipping and handling charges. This will be included in your total tax amount, if applicable.
International Orders: Tax. Duties, and Customs fees vary by country.

Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, however please note that during higher volume timeframes, orders can take 3-5 business days to ship. Please note, if you request Express Shipping, it will take 1-2 business days to process and pack the order and another 2-3 business days for UPS delivery.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. All orders are subject to verification and the order may be delayed or canceled if incorrect information is provided. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
No. There is a packing slip included in the package with the order details, but no pricing.

How do I sign up for the rewards program?
Signing up is easy! Simply create an account at paige.com/rewards. It’s free to join, and when you sign up, you’ll immediately receive 200 points just for joining! You’ll also be automatically enrolled to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. If you currently have a PAIGE.com account, you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Points!
What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member?
Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive reward points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
You also earn points for signing up for our newsletter, following us on social media, and are even gifted with 15-20%* off during your birthday month! In addition to earning points, members have the chance to earn free US 2-day shipping* and get exclusive early access to sales, invitations to exclusive VIP events, and more. Where can I participate in PAIGE Rewards?
PAIGE Rewards is valid on PAIGE.com and in US PAIGE stores only. It is not currently offered in our London or Bicester Village stores.
I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.
Where can I find all of my rewards account info?
The rewards page is your roadmap to all your points and perks. You can access all your info by visiting our rewards page: paige.com/rewards.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!
What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?
Contact customer service and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Sign-up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points.
How do I cancel my Loyalty membership?
Please reach out to [email protected] and our team can assist you in cancelling your Loyalty membership.
How do I redeem my points?
Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the Rewards page (paige.com/rewards) to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward.
How do points convert to dollars?
500 points = $25
1,000 points = $50
2,000 points = $100
4,000 points = $200
10,000 points = $500
Higher tiers in the VIP tier program earn more points at a quicker rate, but redemption of those points are always aligned with the above. For Example, as a Silver or Gold Member, you will earn 1 points for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $500, you'll earn 500 points = $25.
When you move up to become a Platinum Member, you will be earning points 2x as fast. So if you spend $500, you'll earn 1,000 points = $50.
Will I be able to use my points/rewards in-store?
Yes! Earning and redeeming points work both online as well as within our PAIGE retail locations.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Nope! That’s the best part about being a rewards member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.
Can I combine Discount Codes and use my Loyalty points at checkout?
At checkout, a maximum of two discount codes can be applied per order. You can combine your loyalty points with a total store or sitewide discount, but loyalty points cannot be combined with other percentage-off discounts (e.g., flash sales or promo codes). Simply apply your discount code first, and then use the slider to redeem your points towards your purchase. Please review your discount selection before completing your purchase.
Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points?
Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account. For partial returns, your refund will be adjusted based on the portion of the order returned, and points will be refunded accordingly.
Do points ever expire?
Points and rewards and your VIP tier will expire if you fail to make at least 1 purchase every 12 months. If we ever decide to end the rewards program, your points and perks will expire with the program. We also reserve the right to terminate any person’s rewards membership if we believe you are violating our Terms & Conditions, reselling products, exploiting the program, making excessive returns, engaging in fraud, abuse of privileges, or inappropriate behavior that seeks to manipulate the rewards program, or for any other reason we deem necessary based on our sole discretion. If your account is terminated by you or us, or you opt out of the rewards program, you will lose any unused rewards as well as all points that have not been redeemed.
How is my Loyalty Tier determined?
Your Loyalty tier is determined by the amount you spend in a rolling calendar year. To reach:
Silver, you must spend $500
Gold, you must spend $1,500
Platinum, you must spend $3,000
Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rest of the rolling calendar year. As you move up in the Loyalty Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.
How do I know which Rewards tier I am currently a member of?
When you are signed into your rewards account, your home page will list all of the rewards tiers. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.
What is 'early sale access'?
As a Platinum member, you will receive select sale emails ahead of the general public so you get first dibs on all the best sale styles!
How will I know when I have reached a new tier?
When your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier. If the tier that you have crossed into is either Gold or Platinum, this email will also include a unique coupon code for you to redeem your one-time rewards coupon. Keep in mind that coupons cannot be used in addition to the redemption of points.
Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.
I should have earned points for a purchase/incentive but I didn’t see my account balance change. Did I get credit?
Yes! You work hard to earn points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be . . . in your account! The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communication and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:
Try to refresh your browser.
Try to log out and then back in to your account.
Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your ‘Rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.
If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can contact our customer support team and they will look into the issue for you.
How can I get a birthday reward?
Add your birthday under ways to earn points on our Rewards page. On your birthday we will send you a special discount code via email valid for 30 days from the date of your b-day!
*Your birthday code is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. If we feel someone is trying to manipulate the program, we reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion.
How is my free shipping applied at checkout?
As a Platinum member your free US 2-day shipping will be automatically applied at checkout – just remember to make sure you're signed in! Please note free US 2-day shipping applies only to domestic shipping within the US.
How do I redeem my rewards at checkout?
To redeem your points in checkout, use the slider directly above your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button.
